Emissaries is a BIPOC art collective based in Portland, Oregon. We strive to give creatives a platform to grow and share their work, making the arts more accessible to the hungry youth.
Primary functions within Emissiaries include Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Head Motion Designer, Video Editor, and Product Designer.
