Branding book for Nói-Z, a Vietnamese street-food restaurant concept. Inspired by the fast-paced and social nature of quán cóc restaurants found all around Vietnam, the restaurant invites bustling city atmospheres with its open concept and communal seating arrangements. Loud conversations and large parties are encouraged. Food should be an experience shared with others, and Nói-Z offers that escape from American isolationist workaholism.
